If you send us your file, we will deliver it within 24 hours.
It’s easy to upload your files in Wetransfer or dropbox or google drive and send us that link in our official email address with your requirements. However, if you have images exceeding 500 GB, you have to contact us to access our FTP server.
Yes, we do have a free trial. You can get every category one image free trial such as if you need background removal and shadow creating service you can get two free trials and its free no credit card required
We’re usually available from 24 hours Monday through Saturday but can come in early or stay late if needed. If a weekend is required for a project, we will be available on weekends as necessary.
Cloudretouch delivers your image within 24 hours from the time you submitted your images. Our production team works 24 hours shift-wise, so we always deliver before 24 hours. If, for any reason, production is delayed, we will notify you for extra time.
Your image is secured cloudretouch will only store your files for three days. If you need any improvement or changes, we will do it for you. After three days, we will delete your file from our server. We never disclose our client’s privacy or sell client images to others. Your privacy and files will be 100% secure.

Revisions are absolutely free. We will revise any image until you are 100% satisfied with the result. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

When you are ready to start using the cloud retouch service, upload your files into dropbox; we transfer or google drive and send us by mail with your requirements. We will work on that and send you back by dropbox link; you can download it and use it.
